Full flat grind Chef set. Functional geometry. I kept the design clean and didn't try to reinvent the concept. Sometimes the classics are classic for a reason. Thin where they need to be and as sharp as a laser! (Don't try to catch a falling knife if it is sharp.) I made these for my son Jack. His interest in the kitchen has pleased me and this is the result.
Chef knives are hard to make! But I am pleased with the result. I'll just leave it at that.
