Adorable full flat grind, animalistic profiled mini-cleaver. Not much to say about this beauty. Is it a face only a mother could love? - I don't know but I do love this cute little mini-cleaver. I was thinking of Charlie (long time resident American Alligator) over at the Battleship USS North Carolina when this design was bouncing around in my head. When you pick it up - it is such a sweet delight in the hand. It is very hard to resist playing with it. But beware - like Charlie it has sharp "teeth" and can do some damage if you need it to. Great little chopper and would do well in the food prep category. Just look at that handle!
